welcome to my fitslimblog. Here I will be sharing some of the best weight loss methods for you on a seasonal basis.
I also struggled with weight problems for a long time. I never really warmed up to the gym. I went on a few diets but then I kept putting on weight. I just didn't want to give up my favorite foods and good drinks.
So I had to learn and find a way to still eat delicious burgers and cakes once a week and reach my dream weight at the same time.
I tried a lot of things, keto, paleo and intermittent fasting. But in the end, two methods worked wonderfully in combination with each other for me. You can look forward to my methods.
